Injection Molding Division provides manufacturing services for a wide range of industries, including aerospace and medical. We have built a strong reputation in the design and manufacturing of complex injection-molded parts and products, with particular expertise in the production of high-performance engineering plastics.
Our modern injection molding workshop is equipped with injection molding machines ranging from 80T to 1000T, as well as fully automated robotic arms, enabling us to meet the production needs of projects and components of various sizes, from small to large-scale applications.

Solid and liquid Silicone: The liquid silicone injection process is mainly used for children's products and medical equipment, being more safe and environmental friendly, which can fully meet food-grade or FDA requirements. Solid silicone rubber is applied to industries with special material requirements, such as the chemical industry, aerospace, and automotive products, etc.
Liquid Silicone Division specializes in the R&D, manufacturing, and distribution of liquid silicone products, widely used in electronics, automotive, medical, baby care, household, and industrial applications. We strictly follow the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and are committed to environmentally friendly and standardized production. Our materials comply with international standards such as FDA, RoHS, and REACH, ensuring safe, eco-friendly, and high-quality liquid silicone solutions for customers worldwide.
Our company possesses a professional team specializing in silicone molding technology development. By employing scientific methods for rational optimization, we integrate resources and formulate solutions to implement technical management methods that ensure stable, efficient, and low-waste injection molding production.
The hardware department can provide various precision stamping parts, various automotive components, and powder metallurgy components.
We have 10 semi-automatic assembly lines for manufacturing appliances such as laser, ultrasonic, and cleanroom equipment. In mold and injection molding production, we have implemented MES production to significantly improve production efficiency. With strong integrated supply chain capabilities, we can provide quick responses to customer needs and create high-quality, cost-effective, and excellent customer experience products.
